My First Pattern Book
I enjoy exploring different techniques and experimenting with different ideas, and this book came about by using a pin board.
I put together 35 ideas for using a pin board in this book, some of which use traditional husking methods, which can be found in antique pieces of quilling. There are also weaving techniques, wheatears and open coil shapes.
The ideas and concise instructions act as a starting point for the user to use their imagination and form their own designs.
Beginners Kits
Beginners Guide
Back in April 2021, I decided to produce a Beginners Guide to Quilling booklet which would be available within kits.
I produced a Beginners Kit along with a Deluxe Beginners Kit with the difference being a couple of additional tools which are very useful for getting started.
The kits contain all the tools and materials you need to get started and the booklet explains where to begin. It gives a bit of history along with the different ways you can roll strips of paper. It also contains various basic patterns which then expand into slightly more involved designs as you work your way through.
The aim of the kit is to provide you with everything you need to get started with quilling and to inspire you to use your imagination to go on to create your own designs.
